Refunds
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- If the product/service received is defective or not as described.
- If the customer cancels within the statutory “cooling-off” period as required by the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (where applicable), and provided the service has not commenced or digital content has not been accessed.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Cancellations & Non-Refundable Items
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and service bookings, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a purchase is made.
