Please note that having a Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone License) is not sufficient for commercial drone operations in South Africa. You need to operate under a Part 101 Approved Unmanned Aircarft Systems Operating Certificate (UASOC). We suggest you read Navigating the Legalities of Drone Operations with Umbrella ROC in South Africa or visit our UAS Consulting Page to find out more about starting your own commercial drone business.
